BOOKING & DEPOSIT

- A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. 

- Dates will not be held without both the contract and deposit being submitted. 

- The remaining balance is due 1-3 days prior to your event to avoid any conflict on the day of your event. 
- A 2% fee will be added to payments sent through Cash App and Venmo.

- No add-on clients once deposit is sent. 
 

TRIAL APPOINTMENTS 

- Trial appointments are held at the salon I work at located in Montgomery, AL. 

- Trials include 1 full hairstyle with time for tweaks and discussion. 
- ​Additional looks or redo sessions will be charged as a second trail. 
- Trial appointments must be booked separately and are NOT included in your event day pricing.

- If you are 15 minutes late or no show, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged in full. 
 

TRAVEL  & LOCATION 

- Travel is available and is charged at $1/mile plus lodging fee for locations more that 2 hours away. 
- Travel fee is determined from where I live and not my work location. 
- For locations more than 2 hours away a lodging fee is required. 
- If additional stylist are needed the travel and lodging fee will also apply to them. 

 

ADDITIONAL STYLISTS

- For large parties of 8+ or strict timelines, additional stylist may be required. 

- For every additional stylist a fee of $100 per stylist will be added. 
- Travel and lodging fee will also apply to additional stylists. 
 

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
- If event is rescheduled or client is running behind you are required to send me a notification as soon as possible. 
- If event is cancelled or client no shows you will still be charged in full. 
- If their are any changes to the schedule or location please let me know as soon as possible. 

- I am not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including late arrivals. 
- Services not completed due to clients tardiness will still be charged in full. 
- If you are more than 30 minutes late to your event I am NOT required to stay. 
 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES​

- Hair must be dry, clean, and free of product unless otherwise specified. 
- Please be sure to have everyone from your party arrive on time.
